JOB DESCRIPTION - Business Development Executive
Location: Noida
Workdays: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to support our student recruitment initiatives and contribute to the organization's growth by building strong networks, managing client relations, and driving conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

Identify and engage with potential students through online and offline platforms. Follow up on inquiries via calls, messages, and emails to convert leads into walk-ins and applications.
Student Counselling:

Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities including courses and university selection. Provide accurate information about admissions, visas, and post-study options.
University Coordination:

Liaise with partner universities for updated information, applications, and offers. Assist with organizing university webinars, fairs, and sessions.
Sales & Outreach Activities:

Meet assigned targets for student enrollment. Promote Student Grad services through outreach activities in schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
Client Relationship Management:

Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. Handle queries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Event & Seminar Support:

Participate in education fairs, workshops, and local marketing campaigns. Assist in managing logistics and follow-ups during events.
Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain CRM and update student records, lead status, and follow-up outcomes. Report daily performance metrics to the Business Development Manager.
Key Skills & Requirements

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or student counselling (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for helping students. Familiarity with study abroad destinations like the UK, Ireland, or Europe is a plus. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
