Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and event solutions.
Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Must-have Requirements:
Proven experience as a BDA or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Basic knowledge of corporate event services is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
