Role Overview



We are looking for a

high-energy Business Development Executive

who is comfortable with

cold calling, client meetings, and field-based business development

. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and actively generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Generate new business leads through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and networking Meet potential clients in person to present Zebulon Consulting's services Introduce and pitch recruitment, training, and HR consulting solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients Maintain basic records of calls, meetings, and opportunities Represent the company professionally during meetings and events

Candidate Requirements



Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face client interactions Willingness to travel locally for meetings and business development Result-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection positively Basic understanding of sales or business development (training can be provided) Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills



Prior experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition Experience selling services (HR, recruitment, training, consulting, B2B services) Familiarity with Hyderabad business areas and corporate hubs Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
