gosplash.ai is an AI-powered creative platform that helps e-commerce brands generate high-quality campaign, lifestyle, and theme-based visuals in minutes--without photoshoots or design teams. We are currently in soft launch, working closely with early customers to validate product-market fit before scaling online.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, customer-facing Founding GTM Associate to lead our soft launch efforts. This role is focused on outreach, in-person selling, live product demos, early customer onboarding, and structured feedback collection.
You will work directly with the founder and product team and play a critical role in shaping how gosplash.ai is positioned, sold, and improved.
This is not a traditional sales or marketing role--it is a learning-driven, product-led GTM role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Outreach & Demo Scheduling
Identify and reach out to potential customers (D2C brands, agencies, e-commerce teams)
Use a mix of:
Warm introductions
Cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp where appropriate)
Founder / network-led leads
Clearly pitch gosplash.ai to secure demo meetings*
Maintain a simple tracker of outreach, responses, and scheduled demos
Focus is on quality conversations, not mass cold calling.
2. In-Person Sales & Live Demos
Conduct live demos of gosplash.ai for D2C brands, agencies, and e-commerce teams
Generate images in real time during demos to showcase value
Clearly explain use cases, image types, and benefits in simple language
Convert early users into paid soft-launch customers
3. Customer Feedback & Market Learning
Capture structured feedback after every demo
Identify patterns around confusion, excitement, objections, and feature gaps
Share actionable insights with the founder and product team
4. Assisted Onboarding & Customer Success
Help new users generate their first successful images
Ensure customers reach their "aha moment" quickly
Act as the first point of contact for early users
5. GTM Content Support
Record demo sessions, screen walkthroughs, and before/after examples
Collect customer testimonials and use-case stories
Support future marketing, tutorials, and content creation efforts

Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, or Instagram marketing
Experience with Canva, Figma, or creative workflows
Understanding of how brands evaluate creatives and campaigns
