Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn about business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify partnership opportunities Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand Should have industry connections, especially with new age companies Prior experience in Inbound and Outbound Sales Preferable in Real Estate and Branding Prior experience working with start-ups will be preferred Build potential customer connections on LinkedIn Bring creative ideas on board to achieve the desired objective Take a lead on building a social media network using the LinkedIn profile of the company.
To ensure leads:

Have speed in proposal so they can close (under 24 hour response time) Retain and ascend (30% KPI)
Qualifications:

- Recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program.

- Strong interest in digital marketing and business development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
