About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic

Business Development Associate

to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication, sales, and career growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and contributing to revenue growth while ensuring strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media. Present and promote company products/services to students and working professionals. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Maintain strong follow-up and ensure high conversion rates. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain records of interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies. Represent the company in webinars, counselling sessions, and promotional events.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools is a plus. Freshers who are passionate about sales are encouraged to apply.
