What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for leads generated through various digital & social media platforms.

Engage prospects with a pleasant tone, confident demeanor, and genuine interest.

Capture the client's attention and build curiosity about our services.

Seamlessly coordinate with our Relationship Managers to schedule online/offline appointments.

Maintain a natural, non-repetitive communication flow.

Apply your wealth management knowledge to build trust and relevance.

Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and local vernacular for better client comfort.

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken communication & engagement skills

A friendly, approachable, and pleasing attitude

Prior experience in finance, stocks, or wealth management (strong advantage)

Ability to multitask & handle client interactions with maturity

Strong understanding of lead nurturing
