This is a front-line, target-driven sales role. We are looking for closers. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about starting a high-growth career in sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and generate new client leads through calls, digital platforms, and referrals.
Manage the complete sales cycle: from initial client interaction and understanding needs to sales closure.
Clearly communicate RapidSkill's value proposition to potential learners.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and client relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM.
