Conduct professional and engaging online product demonstrations via Google Meet, Zoom, and other platforms, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
Manage inbound inquiries, effectively qualify leads, and execute follow-up strategies to convert prospects into active customers.
Oversee the complete customer onboarding process, providing comprehensive support to ensure a smooth and successful integration with our product.
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams by relaying customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous product and service improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in an inside sales, business development, or a similar role (including internships).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product presentations.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven aptitude for building and maintaining professional client relationships.
A highly motivated, target-driven individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Professional fluency in Hindi is a mandatory requirement.
