Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Drive sales through customer acquisition methods and achieve monthly targets. Market Go Alpha's sports engagement programs to preschools and other stakeholders. Conduct field visits to preschools and build long-lasting relationships with decision-makers. Maintain accurate sales data and MIS reports. Develop creative sales strategies and execute effective "go-to-market" approaches. Identify new opportunities, emerging markets, and competitor trends. Consistently meet revenue targets with a strong focus on closing deals. Handle operations and sales in

two cities (Bangalore and Hyderabad)

, with occasional travel to Bangalore as required.

Requirements:



Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales/field sales experience. Strong communication skills in English (mandatory). Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with 75% field travel. Go-getter attitude with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Strong target-oriented and result-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
