We're seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate/Sr BDA to join our clients BD team.
Minimum Experience: 2+ years sales or academic counseling within the EdTech space, focusing on the K9-K12 segment. This role involves lead conversion, guiding parents and students, and meeting enrollment goals.
Core Responsibilities
Engage with parents and students through calls, virtual sessions, or face-to-face meetings to promote K9-K12 learning solutions.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable educational programs.
Meet set targets for enrollments and revenue on a weekly/monthly basis.
Manage inbound/outbound calls and ensure timely follow-ups.
Keep CRM systems updated with lead status and communication logs.
Support marketing initiatives and participate in promotional events.
Share insights and feedback with product and marketing teams.
Essential Qualifications
Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curricula.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (Telugu/Hindi preferred).
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, LeadSquared) and MS Office tools.
Desired Background
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing, Education, or Business preferred).
Experience in telesales, B2C EdTech, or counseling roles.
Prior exposure to working with parents and school-age children is advantageous.
