Role Overview:
We are looking for a Data Consultant who can effectively bridge the gap between technical analytics knowledge and business communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with both individual learners and enterprise clients -- communicating the value of data analytics programs, aligning solutions with business domains, and supporting B2B sales discussions with technical credibility.
This role is perfect for someone who is technically sound, understands data analytics use cases, and can articulate insights and solutions in a clear, consultative manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective learners and professionals to explain data analytics program offerings and their domain relevance (Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
Conduct need-based consultations and recommend suitable analytics learning paths or enterprise solutions.
Translate complex data and analytics concepts into understandable, outcome-driven discussions.
Support B2B business pitches by aligning analytics use cases with client needs.
Collaborate with internal analytics and sales teams to develop customized program proposals.
Maintain detailed records of client and learner interactions in CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA (Business Analytics / HR / Supply Chain)
B.Sc / M.Sc (Data Science / Statistics / Computer Science)
Freshers or early professionals (0-3 years) with strong analytical communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, tools, and business use cases
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities
Ability to connect analytics applications to specific business domains
Technically inclined, with the ability to explain analytical workflows and dashboards
Prior experience in EdTech, B2B consulting, or client engagement is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data visualization platforms preferred
