Job Summary

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their educational goals, and recommending suitable programs offered by the organization. The role involves active communication, lead conversion, and providing an excellent student experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counseling & Guidance

Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, chats, and in-person (if applicable). Understand students' academic background, career goals, and learning preferences. Recommend appropriate courses and programs based on needs and eligibility.

2. Lead Management & Conversion

Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns. Maintain a high conversion ratio from inquiry to admission. Track and update lead progress through CRM tools.

3. Admission Process Support

Explain program details, admission requirements, schedules, and fee structures. Assist students in completing application forms and submitting required documents. Coordinate with internal teams for admission approvals or technical clarifications.

4. Relationship Building

Build and maintain long-term engagement with students and parents. Ensure student satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data. Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (any discipline). MBA or education-related certification is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or EdTech (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.

Pay: ₹20,257.75 - ₹40,025.51 per month
