Business Development Associate
who can
actively build a network
, generate interest, handle both
cold and inbound leads

close deals independently

business development is proactive, not passive

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:
Creating professional connections
Generating leads through networking and outreach
Handling inbound and cold leads
Converting prospects into paying clients
You will manage the
sales cycle
from first contact to deal closure.
Networking & Lead Generation:
Build and maintain a professional network (online & offline)
Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, communities, events, etc.
Reach out to prospects via calls, messages, emails, and social platforms
Generate cold leads and warm them through follow-ups
Create brand awareness and initial trust for Bright Blizz
Lead Handling (Inbound + Cold):
Handle
internal/inbound leads
from website, ads, WhatsApp, and social media
Contact cold prospects and qualify their requirements
Understand client pain points and business goals
Present relevant services and solutions
Sales & Deal Closure:
Pitch digital services clearly and confidently
Handle objections and negotiations professionally
Close deals and ensure proper onboarding
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordination & Reporting:
Maintain lead records in CRM or trackers
Track follow-ups, conversations, and closures
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and delivery
Provide regular performance and pipeline updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (English + local language)
Confidence in cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups
Sales-driven mindset with professionalism
Basic understanding of digital services (websites, SEO, ads, marketing)
Ability to build relationships and trust
Organized and consistent in follow-ups
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Good to Have (Bonus Skills):
Experience in
digital agency or service-based sales

Salary, Incentives & Growth:
Fixed salary: ₹18,000 - ?30,000 per month
