Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Support the complete sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, and product demonstrations to closure and handover to the operations team.
Collaborate with the sales team to assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and workshops to represent Medisim VR.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers,
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to align business growth strategies.
Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports through CRM tools.
Work closely with leadership to develop territory-specific growth strategies and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
