The Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting the school's growth by promoting admissions, building relationships with parents and partners, and identifying opportunities to improve enrolment and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote school admissions through outreach, enquiries, and follow-ups
Coordinate with parents, walk-in enquiries, and admission counsellors
Build relationships with local communities, preschools, and education partners
Support marketing and admission campaigns, events, and open houses
Identify new opportunities to increase student admissions
Maintain enquiry and admission records
Assist in planning promotional activities and school campaigns
Represent the school professionally during external interactions
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales, admissions, or customer handling
Ability to convince and guide parents effectively
Organized and goal-oriented approach
Familiarity with the education sector is an advantage
Experience:
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Experience in school admissions, sales, or business development preferred
