About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Business Development Executive
to spearhead our business growth efforts in the fast-growing field of
video analytics
. The ideal candidate should have a background in
software sales
or selling
technology solutions
related to surveillance systems and process automation, with a strong drive to grow in a tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition and manage the full sales cycle
Build and nurture relationships across key verticals like manufacturing, education, and government
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored video analytics solutions
Conduct product demos and coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions
Draft proposals and handle RFP/RFQ responses
Maintain sales records and pipeline through CRM tools
Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry expos
Keep up with industry trends and competition
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
3-5 years of experience in selling technology solutions related to surveillance systems and process automation
Familiarity with video surveillance or automation is a plus
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to travel when needed
