The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and supporting the sales cycle end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions in line with company services.
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and support negotiations to close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of business activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
Provide regular reports and updates to management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field.
