Business Development Executive (BDE)
to engage with these leads, understand client needs, and convert them into long-term customers.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Lead Handling
Engage with warm leads generated through online ad campaigns.
Conduct requirement discussions to understand client goals.
Build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
Sales & Consultation
Present WeeQub's website and digital marketing services confidently.
Recommend suitable service packages aligned with client needs.
Handle objections professionally and guide clients toward the right decision.
Follow-up & Coordination
Maintain disciplined follow-ups until closure.
Update CRM/lead sheets with accurate status and notes.
Coordinate with project and technical teams for client onboarding.
Targets & Performance
Achieve monthly conversion targets.
Maintain high communication quality and conversion ratios.
Required Candidate Profile
Experience:
6 Months - 1 Year in Sales / Telecalling / Business Development
Strong verbal communication in
Tamil & English
Confident, clear, and persuasive communicator
Good negotiation, objection handling & presentation skills
Strong in follow-up and time management
Ambitious to grow in digital sales and client acquisition
Prior experience in digital marketing sales is a plus (not mandatory)
