Role Overview



We are looking for a motivated and dynamic

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi & English, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. This role involves generating new business, managing leads.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities Approach potential clients and explain company products/services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers Prepare and maintain sales reports, documentation, and CRM updates Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements



Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) 0-3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers can apply) Strong presentation and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) Ability to work with targets and deadlines Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented Strong problem-solving skills
