1. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and target potential B2B clients across industries (E-commerce, Healthcare, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.).
Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, webinars, and networking events.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Client Consulting & Requirement Gathering
Understand client workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI integration.
Conduct AI-readiness assessments and recommend the right solutions (chatbots, automation workflows, NLP tools, custom AI models).
Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer requirements into feasible solutions.
3. Product & Service Pitching
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations for AI chatbots, automation systems, LLM solutions, and custom AI development.
Educate clients on ROI, efficiency gains, and automation benefits.
Present relevant case studies and success stories to build confidence.
4. Proposal Creation & Deal Closure
Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution outlines.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Account Management & Relationship Building
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Upsell and cross-sell AI integrations, support packages, dashboards, and advanced automations.
