We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base for staffing and recruitment services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the hiring needs of companies across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.
Pitch our HR consultancy and recruitment services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements, hiring needs, and recruitment challenges.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of profiles.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations when required.
Maintain and update CRM/lead trackers regularly.
Meet monthly business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in HR consultancy or recruitment).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at multitasking.
Understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage.
