Business Development Executive (BDE) - RThree Creatives

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid options available)

RThree is a premium branding & design studio that works with SMEs, Startups, Retail & Corporate Brands. (Logo, Website, UI/UX, Social Media Design, Print Design high-quality creative work.)

ROLE OBJECTIVES



Your ONLY goal = Bring Revenue.

COMPENSATION (PERFORMANCE DRIVEN)



Base Salary: ?10,000 - ?15,000 / month

(to cover basics, this role is commission-focused)

Commissions (the real money)

- 10% on website projects

- 15% on logo/branding projects

- 20% on monthly retainer clients (first 3 months)

- 10% on print & social media orders

Note:

A performer easily earns ?35,000-?60,000+ / month.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF BDE



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and reach out to potential clients (SMEs, startups, retail, clinics, restaurants, real estate, etc.)

Use WhatsApp, LinkedIn, calls, email, field visits, and networking groups.

2. Pitch & Close Deals

Present RThree's portfolio, services, and value proposition.

Convert cold leads ? meetings ? proposals ? paid projects.

3. Pipeline & CRM

Maintain CRM updates daily.

Track leads, follow-ups, proposals, and closures.

4. Client Relations

Build long-term relationships with clients.

Upsell and cross-sell services (logo ? website ? posters ? print).

5. Target Handling

Achieve monthly revenue milestones (?1L ? ?2L ? ?3L)

Improve conversion rate and pipeline size.

SKILLS REQUIRED



Must Have:

- Excellent communication (Tamil + English)

- Confident in pitching design & branding services

- Strong persuasion & negotiation ability

- Comfortable with daily outreach (calls/WhatsApp)

- Basic understanding of logos, websites, and social media

Good-To-Have:

- Experience in creative agencies

- Sales experience in printing, marketing, digital, or software

- Worked with CRM tools
