Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to acquire new clients and drive sales for our recruitment and staffing services. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, proposal pitching, and coordination with the recruitment team for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Identify and onboard new clients for permanent hiring, contract staffing, and RPO services. Understand client hiring needs and present relevant recruitment solutions. Negotiate terms and finalize business deals. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business. Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for timely closure of positions.

Requirements:



1-4 years of BD/Sales experience (recruitment industry preferred). Must have some data base or leads (client ) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to meet targets and manage multiple clients. Knowledge of hiring process and HR terminology is a plus.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?10,255.19 - ?20,000.00 per month
