Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming leads and enquiries across WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media. Explain our services, products, and project models clearly to prospects. Schedule meetings and coordinate site visits for potential clients. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Maintain CRM updates, follow-ups, and daily reporting. Coordinate with the marketing team to optimise lead quality and conversion. Create a positive client experience through professional communication. Support the sales head with documentation, lead tracking, and client coordination.

Who We Are Looking For



Female candidates preferred (client-facing role) Strong communication skills in English & Tamil Confident, presentable, and good on calls Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business communication Ability to handle pressure & manage multiple leads Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
