through local field activities and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Direct Walk-In Customer Sales (Major Focus -- B2C)
Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable outfits.
Showcase product features, styling options, and latest trends.
Convert walk-ins into successful sales and meet daily/monthly targets.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Handle billing, product exchange support, and maintain store presentation.
2. Lead Generation & On-Field Activities
Visit nearby apartments, offices, studios, salons, and colleges to promote the brand.
Distribute flyers, share store catalogues, and collect potential customer contacts.
Encourage people to walk into the store for trials and offers.
Convert online inquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook) into store visits.
3. Marketing Support
Assist with Instagram reels, photos, promotions, and festive campaigns.
Coordinate with influencers and run small local marketing activities.
Share ideas to increase store footfall and customer engagement.
Requirements
2-5 years experience in
retail sales
,
fashion store sales
,
B2C marketing
, or
field lead generation
.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Fashion awareness and ability to guide customers on styles.
Basic knowledge of social media promotions.
Willing to travel locally for brand promotion activities.
Education
Any graduate (Fashion/Marketing background preferred).
Salary
Based on experience + attractive incentives for walk-in conversions & lead targets.
