Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the corporate gifting segment.
Pitch and present customized gifting solutions to HRs, Admins, Procurement Heads, and Marketing Teams.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and identifying upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with the design and sourcing team to deliver tailored gifting options based on client requirements and budgets.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
Track market trends and competitor offerings to keep our solutions competitive and innovative.
Attend corporate events, exhibitions, and networking meets to generate leads and brand visibility.
Requirements:
Freshers or 2+ years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or corporate gifting.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and sell creative solutions tailored to client needs.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Experience in CRM tools and reporting.
