Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various channels such as calls, emails, and social media.
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses and programs.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain and update the CRM with all student interactions and lead details.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for promotional campaigns.
Participate in events, seminars, and field activities to enhance brand visibility.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or counseling (education sector preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
