Job Description

Sales and Lead Generation:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through persuasive pitches. Generate leads and close sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Follow up on leads to convert them into customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or complaints professionally. Maintain and update customer information in the database.

Product and Market Knowledge:

Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends. Use sales scripts effectively and adapt as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Communication:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are crucial for building rapport and conveying information effectively.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and persuasion to close deals.

Customer Service:

A commitment to providing high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technical:

Proficiency with CRM software, telecommunications equipment, and common office applications is often required.

Other:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are beneficial.
