Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B sales of industrial machines, automation solutions, and related products. Identify and engage potential clients, building strong and lasting business relationships. Understand client requirements and offer tailored automation solutions. Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports for management. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Handle high-pressure situations professionally while maintaining performance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive in

machine sales, industrial automation, or related B2B sectors

. Strong client management and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in industrial machinery, automation, or B2B sales.
