Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain CRM data and provide regular reports on business development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0 -3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
