Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through

cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research

. Achieve or exceed

monthly and annual sales targets

with consistency. Build and maintain

strong relationships

with clients -- both new and existing. Leverage CRM tools such as

Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot

to manage leads and track progress. Conduct

market research

to identify new trends, sectors, and client opportunities. Prepare and deliver

tailored proposals and presentations

to clients with professionalism.

Negotiate and close deals

to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure

smooth execution and client satisfaction

. Maintain accurate

sales records and performance reports

.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience

in Business Development, IT Sales, or related fields.

Freshers

with a strong interest in sales, solid communication skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in

CRM platforms

(Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an added advantage. Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation

skills. A

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred (not mandatory).
