Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for the WhatsApp Marketing product.
Pitch product demos to potential clients and explain use cases tailored to their business.
Develop and maintain relationships with SMBs, agencies, and enterprise clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/implementation team for onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather client feedback and market insights to improve product offerings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM.
Stay updated with WhatsApp Business API trends, competitors, and marketing automation tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or digital marketing products (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
