Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Drive sales through channel partners to achieve business targets.
Create and implement channel sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Provide training, product knowledge, and sales support to partners.
Monitor partner performance and ensure target achievement.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to support partner needs.
Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and pricing structures with partners.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
