Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/BDMs. Identify new market opportunities and build strong customer relationships. Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and account management. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure achievement of KPIs. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth. Negotiate and close deals with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
