Job Description

Prospecting and lead generation:

Actively research, identify, and qualify new leads and potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Address client inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.

Sales support and deal closure:

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients. The associate may also assist senior team members in negotiating and closing deals.

Market research and analysis:

Conduct research on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to help identify new growth opportunities and inform business strategy.

Sales administration:

Manage and update client information and interactions within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Reporting and analytics:

Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead generation volume and conversion rates, to inform management and sales strategy.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client needs.
Required skills and qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience:

1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, or a related field is typically desired. Relevant internships may also be considered.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective pitching and client engagement.

Interpersonal skills:

A friendly, personable demeanor and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Technical proficiency:

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is generally required.

Organizational skills:

Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under pressure.

Analytical skills:

The ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities.

Goal-oriented mindset:

A proactive and results-driven attitude focused on meeting sales targets and organizational objectives.
