CLRI is a growing EdTech organization dedicated to providing innovative learning solutions and professional training programs. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with prior EdTech / course-selling experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai (Guindy).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, references, events, etc.).
Counsel students and working professionals about courses, programs, and career benefits.
Convert potential leads into successful enrollments.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term relationships with prospects.
Provide accurate information and guidance on course offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
EdTech sales / course selling
is mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in BDE / Inside Sales / Telesales roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English and Tamil (preferred).
