Job Description

Market Research & Analysis: Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to identify new business opportunities. Lead Generation: Generate new business leads through channels such as cold calling, emailing, internet research, and networking at industry events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers. Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with company-wide initiatives. Reporting & Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data, and overall activity to senior management. Project Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of business development projects and initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
