Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches. Follow up with prospects and maintain a database of potential clients. Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors. Coordinate with internal departments (design, execution, etc.) to support client requirements. Participate in client meetings and presentations with senior team members. Maintain regular communication with existing clients for repeat business. Update daily activities and lead status reports to the reporting manager.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good negotiation and persuasion abilities Basic understanding of marketing and sales techniques Willingness to learn and take initiative Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field Fresh graduates

Preferred Attributes:



Fluency in English and regional language(s) Passion for sales and client engagement Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus Willing to travel locally for client meetings
