Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with comprehensive information about available listings.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Expected to achieve weekly performance goals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
Conducting cold calls to leads and scheduling site visits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate Edu tech.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
