Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and research
Pitch products and services to potential clients in line with company objectives
Maintain and update the lead database regularly
Schedule and conduct meetings/demos with prospects
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the team on market trends
Assist in client onboarding and relationship management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Freshers with strong enthusiasm for sales and business development are welcome
