Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, referrals, digital platforms, and real estate portals.
Present, promote, and sell company's properties to prospective buyers.
Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with potential clients.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their requirements and budget.
Maintain strong knowledge of current and upcoming real estate projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
