We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic

Business Development Associate

to join our team. This role involves managing incoming leads, nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong negotiation skills and

1-3 years of proven experience in the real estate industry

Key Responsibilities



Lead Management:

Handle incoming leads, conduct timely follow-ups, and convert prospects into clients.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and providing tailored solutions.

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to expand the company's reach.

Project Coordination:

Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate projects, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.

Market Research:

Conduct research on property trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

Sales Support:

Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and management.

Performance Tracking:

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and project progress through CRM tools and periodic reporting.

Key Skills & Attributes



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems. Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's/MBA degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector is mandatory. Strong track record of handling leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships in real estate.
