The role involves generating talent leads, managing hiring campaigns, and coordinating with internal HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and placement agencies
Promote open job positions across digital platforms and campus networks
Manage job fairs, webinars, and hiring events to attract quality candidates
Coordinate with internal recruitment and HR teams for hiring requirements
Build a talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Track hiring metrics and report progress to leadership
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment trends and job platforms
Ability to build and nurture external partnerships

Travel to client site and visits
