Business Development Associate - Lead Generation
to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to start a career in B2B tech sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients across industries such as FinTech, NBFCs, Pharma, Retail, and Gaming.
Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools, cold calls, and databases.
Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or demos with the sales or leadership team.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems regularly.
Assist in writing cold outreach messages, follow-ups, and sales collaterals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging sectors.
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
Strong research and analytical mindset
Basic understanding of B2B IT services or eagerness to learn
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and good at time management
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Prior internship or experience in B2B sales or IT services domain
Understanding of outbound email automation tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist)
Awareness of AI, DevOps, or Cloud technologies (basic level)
