Company Description We suggest you enter details here Role Description: This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Associate at Akkrishyam Recyclers in Surat, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for nurturing leads and driving new business opportunities for the company. The role will also involve developing sales strategies and presenting proposals to clients, as well as working closely with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met. Person will have to conduct awareness activities and Awareness Lectures in different Institutes . Qualifications /strong : Bachelor\'s degree in any field (Preferred Business Administration, Marketing, etc .) Freshers Can Apply Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with internal teams Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics to accurately forecast future sales Job Location : Work from Home + On Site Travelling to different Cities Travelling Cost will be on Company . Salary : Candidate can earn from 10,000 to 25,000 per month depending on performance .
