Who we're looking for: People who can influence. You're the kind of person who doesn't shy away from tough conversations - who listens, understands what's holding someone back, and knows how to convince them to take action.
What this role is about: As part of the Admissions team, you'll speak to students exploring Kraftshala's programs - understanding their goals, tackling their doubts, and helping them make confident career decisions. Every lead you convert into an enrolment directly contributes to Kraftshala's growth.
Why you should join: Sales is one of the fastest ways to build the skills that set apart great professionals. You'll learn how to communicate with impact, stay disciplined under pressure, and close conversations that launch careers. The growth is fast, the learning curve is steep, and the rewards - both in skills and money - are well worth the effort.
The detailed version:
At Kraftshala, we help students and young professionals launch their careers in marketing, sales, and beyond. As a Business Development Associate in our Admissions Team, you'll be the first point of contact for students exploring our programs. Your role is to guide them, answer their questions, and help them make confident career decisions - while also achieving your own enrollment and revenue goals.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Speaking with students who show interest in our programs and guiding them on whether the course is right for them. Success is measured by how many of the students you counsel go on to join Kraftshala.
Sharing program details clearly - covering curriculum, teaching style, placements, and outcomes. Success is measured by the satisfaction and trust students feel after your conversations.
Answering student questions about careers, courses, and next steps to help them make informed choices. Success is measured by your ability to convert interest into confident decisions to enroll.
Following up with students so they don't miss deadlines or lose interest. Success is measured by how consistently and promptly you follow through on your conversations.
Keeping records of conversations and progress updated. Success is measured by the accuracy and timeliness of your reports and updates.
Sharing feedback with the marketing team about what students are asking, to improve how we reach them. Success is measured by how useful and actionable your insights are for the team.
Representing Kraftshala with professionalism and empathy in every conversation. Success is measured by the trust and rapport you build with prospective students.
Monthly Outcomes:
Month 1: Learn the ropes - understand our programs, observe live calls, and start closing your first few admissions with guidance.
Month 2: Run independent admission calls, handle objections confidently, and start hitting your individual enrollment targets.
