Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven sales professionals with proven experience in selling training and certification programs to working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of professional training and certification programs to working professionals and corporate clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, networking, and referrals.
Counsel and guide professionals on suitable training/certification courses aligned with their career goals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Prepare and present customized proposals to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and certification market demand.
Requirements
2-5 years of proven experience in selling training/certification programs (preferably in EdTech/Training industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to engage with mid- to senior-level professionals.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
