Business Development Associate - Sales

will play a key role in driving revenue growth within the

real estate and coworking industry

by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting our flexible workspace and office solutions. This role requires a proactive, target-oriented individual who is passionate about sales, networking, and delivering value-driven workspace solutions in the commercial real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, site visits, and outbound outreach within the

real estate and coworking space

. Conduct meetings, presentations, and site tours for prospective clients seeking office or coworking space. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable

office, coworking, or managed workspace solutions

. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve quarterly targets in the

workspace and commercial real estate

domain. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver customized proposals for office and coworking solutions. Track and report sales activities, market insights, and competitive analysis within the

flexible workspace and real estate market

. Support in closing deals, contract negotiations, and onboarding new clients across office and coworking portfolios.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
