Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, site visits, and outbound outreach within the
real estate and coworking space

Conduct meetings, presentations, and site tours for prospective clients seeking office or coworking space.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable
office, coworking, or managed workspace solutions

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve quarterly targets in the
workspace and commercial real estate
domain.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver customized proposals for office and coworking solutions.
Track and report sales activities, market insights, and competitive analysis within the
flexible workspace and real estate market

Support in closing deals, contract negotiations, and onboarding new clients across office and coworking portfolios.
