About the Role

We are hiring a

Business Development Associate (BDA)

to support our Kurtis business in

lead handling, sales coordination, and customer follow-ups

.

This role focuses on

execution and consistency

, not strategy or senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads (WhatsApp, calls, website forms) Coordinate with buyers for pricing, MOQ & availability Regular follow-up with existing & new customers Support sales closures and order processing Maintain basic lead & order records Coordinate with production / dispatch team

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls & follow-ups Basic understanding of sales / customer handling Willingness to learn garments / B2B selling Discipline & consistency

Experience

1-3 years experience preferred Freshers with strong communication may also apply

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary Performance-based incentives possible
